We here at Neowin recommend enabling System Restore on the Windows install disk (usually C:\) and doing a System Restore Point before installing Patch Tuesday updates, but also before installing 3rd party software on your system. So, this shortcut existed in previous macOS version, and it doesnt interfere with AltTab on macOS 10.15 (i.e. I guess they call this same shortcut Move focus to next window in System Preferences, but Cycle Through Windows in the Windows menubar dropdown. Windows veterans will be happy to find a few. I checked on my macOS 10.15, and this shortcut is already there.
