So I called up another shop, Lizard's Ink (highly recommend I was in and out in 15 minutes, and they had a much larger range of jewelry) and left. She told me she would try to see if the next piercer would be able to get me “soon”.
I did not appreciate her lying to my face, and not apologizing. I would've let it slide as human error (despite being beyond upset for it wasting my day), but she- and this blows my mind- rudely told me she didn't remember talking to me! I mean, i really can't comprehend that, nor buy it! It's not possible to have forgotten me. Apparently she didn't write my name down on the waitlist sheet, even though my waiver went through the database. That's when she told me she made a mistake. At this point I thought the wait time was ridiculous! I went up to ask this girl to check my spot on the waitlist. I noticed people who where coming in after me, where getting called in before me. I sat in the lobby and waited, for 2 hours. Me and the other customers where taken back several times with the way she spoke to some of these people! She changed her attitude quickly when her coworker would come to the front, though. Now, I filled out the waiver online just as you're supposed to. She was a white female, young, had dirty blonde hair with curtain bangs, and at least 4 facial piercings.
I believe her name was ashley- that was the name on the desk but I'm not positive. First thing when I walked in, I spoke to the girl at the desk.
